An order is only counted once BotooChat successfully completes it and sends it to you on WhatsApp; that's the only thing that uses one unit from your plan, no matter how many messages it took. Your plan resets on the 1st of each month.
No. Botoochat was built for store owners with no technical background. Setup takes about a day: connect your pages, add your products, set your delivery prices, and choose your agent's tone. Everything else is automatic.
The agent is connected to your real product catalogue, prices and stock, so it never invents products or promises things you don't have. If it isn't sure about a question, it holds the conversation for you to review. You can also add your own instructions, such as "always confirm the address twice before confirming the order."
Yes. You can open your conversations directly in Facebook or Instagram at any time and reply yourself. As soon as you do, the agent automatically stops replying to that customer until you're done.
We handle the technical side with Meta. All you do is connect your Facebook page and Instagram account — usually a one-minute process. Most stores start receiving agent replies within hours of signing up.
Yes. Each plan includes a set number of orders per month — 50 on Starter, 100 on Go, 200 on Pro, 500 on Business. You can add more at any time without changing plan. New accounts also get 10 free orders to start, as a one-time allowance.
